Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Specialist

The Enterprise Mobility team is responsible for building and maintaining the underpinnings of our technology environment. We are a collaborative team passionate about continuous, high-quality delivery. Together with our internal and business partners, we co-create a roadmap to deliver reliable, innovative, and value-driven experiences.

A Day in the Life:

  • Act as SME for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security, automate and document operational procedures and processes.
  • Research and recommend solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Participate in projects and provide updates on scope, requirements, timelines, and priorities.
  • Communicate and document technical information clearly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management (enrollment, updates, configuration, retirement), troubleshooting & remote management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in complex, large-scale environments.
  • Proven success in delivering results on complex cross-functional projects.
