Job Title: VMWare Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VMWare Infrastructure Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in converged infrastructure, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the uptime and performance of SAN infrastructure and converged platforms. This includes handling escalated issues from the L2 Team and clients, analyzing monitoring results, and recommending changes to improve performance, security, and utilization.

This role involves planning and recommending infrastructure modifications or additional equipment to increase system capacities, troubleshooting to maintain high levels of system uptime and performance, and coordinating with OEMs to replace hardware or perform code upgrades.

A key aspect of this position is working closely with multiple teams' stakeholders to resolve issues and plan required changes. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
