**Job Description**

We are seeking a seasoned Audit Executive to join our team. As an Audit Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial records.

  1. You will be responsible for conducting scheduled and surprise visits to our branches as per the schedule provided by Head Office.

  2. Gather market intelligence on MFI business in the area, identifying key trends and opportunities for growth.

  3. Maintain a record of Collection quality in the catchment and provide guidance to branches on areas of caution.

  4. Support field teams in difficult cases of collections, providing expert advice and guidance when needed.

  5. Conduct investigations into special situations that may arise, ensuring that all issues are thoroughly investigated and resolved.
