Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated Denial Management Specialist to manage our day-to-day activities in Denials Processing, Claims follow-up, and Customer Service.

The ideal candidate will be accountable for reviewing emails for any updates, calling insurance carriers, documenting notes in software and spreadsheet, and taking appropriate action. They will also identify issues and escalate them to the immediate supervisor, update production logs, understand client requirements, ensure targeted collections are met on a daily/monthly basis, meet productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review emails for any updates and communicate with team members as necessary.
  2. Call insurance carriers, document notes in software and spreadsheet, and take appropriate action.
  3. Identify issues and escalate them to the immediate supervisor.
  4. Update production logs to track progress and performance.
  5. Understand client requirements and specifications of the project.
  6. Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily/monthly basis.
  7. Meet productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.
  8. Ensure that deliverables to the client adhere to quality standards.
  9. Prepare and maintain status reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of denial management processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
