Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Join a team of skilled professionals who provide technical assistance and support to end-users. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform first-level diagnostics and basic troubleshooting for Windows, Linux, and networking equipment.
  • Monitor the operational status of systems through dashboards and alerting tools.
  • Log incidents and provide detailed reports to senior engineers and IT supervisors.
  • Replace hardware components such as sensors, power supplies, or cables as per SOPs.
  • Coordinate with airport personnel and passengers during system disruptions.
  • Escalate unresolved or critical issues to senior engineers or OEMs.
  • Provide shift-end handovers and contribute to daily activity logs.
  • Follow all safety and security protocols within the airport environment.
  • Report issues at regular intervals via Excel/Word.
  • Perform routine hardware maintenance.
  • Maintain a site report log book.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and networking fundamentals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
