**Job Overview**:
Ravi Computer Company is seeking a skilled and reliable CCTV Technician to join our growing team. As a CCTV Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security camera systems for both residential and commercial clients. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation & Setup**: Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras, recording devices, and other security equipment at client sites.
- **Maintenance & Repair**: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- **System Integration**: Integrate CCTV systems with other security systems such as alarms, access control, and monitoring software.
- **Technical Support**: Provide remote and on-site support to clients, diagnosing issues and offering solutions in a timely manner.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and system upgrades.
- **Upgrades & Replacements**: Recommend and implement system upgrades or replacements based on the client’s evolving security needs.
- **Customer Interaction**: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns, and providing training on system usage when necessary.
- **Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and industry standards during installations and maintenance tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or similar role in security system installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security technology.
- Experience with network configurations and integrations (IP-based CCTV systems).
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair CCTV equipment efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of networking and computer systems.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in CCTV installation, security systems, or electronics.
- Experience with cloud-based CCTV solutions.
- Knowledge of data storage, backup, and security protocols for CCTV data.
