Job Title: Senior Workplace Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office premises. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional workplace management services, ensuring that all clients receive the highest level of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors. You will also have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to solve complex problems and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Ensure effective day-to-day operations of the office premises, including maintenance, repairs, and inventory management;
• Develop and implement building procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems;
• Provide comprehensive workplace management services, including coordination of vendor services, meeting room bookings, and catering arrangements;
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies;
• Assist with critical out-of-hours issues and participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations;
• Report building incidents following set escalation channels with measures and solutions;
• Coordinate and manage vendors to perform a wide range of workplace-related services;
• Ensure service deliverables meet SLAs and KPIs;
• Work with related parties on timely delivery of all services;
• Ensure up-to-date information on Clients Property Services SharePoint.

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in facility management or hospitality industry with a Bachelor's degree;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with presentation skills;
• Strong analytical, organization, and administration skills;
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements;
• Ability to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels;
• Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.
