
Sales and Relationship Manager

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Growth: Primary and secondary sales in assigned territory
- Network Development: Handle and grow distributor networks
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong HORECA customer relationships
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Territory Coverage: Travel 1-2 weeks per month for territory coverage
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in HORECA/Foodservice sales (mandatory)
- Distributor Handling: Proven experience in distributor handling
- Market Knowledge: Strong hold in ROM market
- Geographic Understanding: Clear geographic understanding of Maharashtra and Goa
- Linguistic Skills: Marathi language is a plus
- Educational Background: MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Problem-Solving: Problem-solving and decision-making
- Leadership: Leadership and team management
- Sales Expertise: Proven HORECA/Foodservice sales expertise
- Customer Relationships: Strong customer relationship management
- Market Knowledge: Market and territory knowledge (ROM and Goa)
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking and execution
