Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Primary and secondary sales in assigned territory
  • Network Development: Handle and grow distributor networks
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong HORECA customer relationships
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Territory Coverage: Travel 1-2 weeks per month for territory coverage
Requirements:
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in HORECA/Foodservice sales (mandatory)
  • Distributor Handling: Proven experience in distributor handling
  • Market Knowledge: Strong hold in ROM market
  • Geographic Understanding: Clear geographic understanding of Maharashtra and Goa
  • Linguistic Skills: Marathi language is a plus
  • Educational Background: MBA preferred but not mandatory
