Project Leader Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Leader to support our project management team in the successful delivery of projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, ensuring effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Schedule Management: Help track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, risk assessments, and meeting minutes.
  • Resource Allocation: Assist in tracking resource allocation to ensure team members have the necessary tools and information to complete tasks.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies under the guidance of senior project managers.
  • Quality Control: Monitor project activities to ensure that the work meets established standards and specifications.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency gains in project management practices and contribute to process improvements.
  • Financial Tracking: Track budgets, invoices, and expense reports to ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related tasks as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will require a B.Tech in Computer Science or IT or a related field, 2-5 years of experience in project management, and proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Preferred qualifications include experience in a fast-paced startup or corporate environment, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and knowledge of project management tools like Jira or Smartsheet.
