Job Title: Senior IT Project Coordinator

 

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, and delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and Agile frameworks, with excellent leadership and team management abilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure project solutions are optimized for business processes and meet quality standards.
  • Provide post-implementation support and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee project incident resolution processes ensuring timely and effective handling.
  • Implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and incident handling.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SAP Solution Manager.
