About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective project management. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment. Proven track record of managing complex projects, portfolios, and teams is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), are required. Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Lead IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and set communication strategies.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Analyze project economics, providing insights on cost-benefit and ROI.
  • Proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies while driving corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of core project management experience in IT environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and portfolios successfully.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional).
