Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer Project Coordinator

Job Description:
Civil Engineers play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. As a Senior Civil Engineer Project Coordinator, you will oversee architectural coordination for new office projects, managing contractors and ensuring timely task completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sub-architectural work for new office projects
• Work closely with contractors, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
• Oversee installation of key structures like Stonewall
• Ensure tasks are completed on time, especially in morning shifts
• Handle responsibilities such as project planning, supervision, and coordination
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with standards
• Address on-site issues related to civil, plumbing, and electrical tasks
• Schedule and oversee daily operations for completion of electrical and civil works

Requirements:
• Knowledge of sub-architectural coordination and project management
• Familiarity with construction, plumbing, and electrical installations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and ensure timely delivery
• Proficiency in managing project timelines and on-site troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Leadership skills to guide and manage on-site teams

Qualifications:
• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role overseeing construction or renovation projects
