Project Lead Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to spearhead project execution from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Analyze and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, creating contingency plans.
  • Monitor project performance to evaluate successful completion of short and long-term objectives.
  • Provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure resource allocation and availability.
  • Foster strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in software development, construction, healthcare, etc.
  • Proven budget management skills.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation expertise.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
