ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of various project developments with extensive collaboration and coordination with project stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will also be working closely in the Valuation industry for extensive site visits and coordinating with the Lead Valuer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform extensive site visits in Surat (Gujarat) and its nearby region.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of multiple projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and meeting notes.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and management to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Track project budgets and resource allocations, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Support project management tools and technologies, providing training and assistance to team members as needed.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review project status and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project management best practices and processes.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering
  • 1-4 years of experience in project management and site visits.
  • Familiarity with basic computer operating programs, such as MS WORD and MS EXCEL.
  • Must own a bike (fuel allowance will be given).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
