Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced construction project coordinator to join our team.

  • About the Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee construction activities, ensure quality control and coordinate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare detailed site plans and specifications to meet project requirements.
  2. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, project specifications and safety codes.
  3. Direct or perform surveys and measurements to inform project planning.
  4. Estimate costs and prepare budgets for construction activities.
  5. Plan and coordinate construction activities to achieve timely completion of projects.
  6. Collaborate with architects, consultants and contractors on project estimations and designs.
  7. Perform geotechnical analysis and conduct soil tests for structural foundations.
  8. Report on work progress and budget matters to seniors.
  9. Ensure materials and workmanship meet project quality standards and design requirements.
  10. Address problems that may arise during construction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in civil engineering with minimum 2-3 years' experience.
  • On-site project management experience in civil engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong background in quality control processes and safety compliance in construction projects.
  • Proficiency in using AI-based project planning and scheduling tools is a plus.
