Precast Construction Project Manager

The role of BIM Lead is pivotal in driving the adoption and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to enhance the design, planning, and execution of precast construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of accurate and compliant BIM models for precast construction projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BIM workflows into project execution and delivery.
- Utilize Tekla software to create detailed 3D models, perform clash detection, and generate construction documentation and reports.
- Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization to ensure consistency and quality.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members on BIM tools and methodologies to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on BIM deliverables and outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BIM implementation, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous innovation and excellence.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in Tekla software and other BIM tools, with a strong portfolio of precast modeling projects that demonstrate expertise and skill.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects, and a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing BIM workflows and standards in large-scale projects, with a deep understanding of the technology and its applications.
