Lead Civil Engineer - International Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented civil engineer to join our international operations team as a lead project coordinator.

  • Job Title: Lead Civil Engineer - International Project Coordinator
  • Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, India
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Office Based Only
  • Work Timings: 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST (Aligned with Australian Time Zone)
  • Experience Level: 2 to 5 Years

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of civil construction, plumbing, roofing, and take-offs, along with a strong understanding of business operations and project management principles.

About the Role

This role combines civil engineering expertise with international client interaction, focusing on project coordination, estimations, and construction processes.

  1. Communicate with international clients regarding project requirements, updates, and clarifications.
  2. Manage civil construction projects by coordinating schedules, resources, and deliverables.
  3. Perform estimations, material take-offs, and cost analysis for civil, plumbing, and roofing works.
  4. Assist in planning and execution of construction processes while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  5. Provide technical support and documentation for project-related activities.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
  7. Maintain accurate project records, reports, and communication logs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in civil construction, project management, plumbing, or roofing.
  • Strong knowledge of estimations, BOQs, and take-off processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for international client handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and estimation tools/software.
  • Good understanding of business processes, operations, and client service orientation.
