Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work night shifts to align with India business hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain. They will also coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, and proven experience in India recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles. They will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Proven experience in India recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, , and other channels
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
