Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business challenges to identify areas for improvement.
  • Interpret data on product usage to uncover opportunities and gaps.
  • Develop solutions to product and user experience issues through iterative research and rapid experimentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, marketing, and customer support.
  • Design and execute experiments to measure impact on activation funnels and retention cohorts.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies, user interviews, and internal process audits.
  • Manage growth experiments from ideation to execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, Statistics, Cognitive Science, Design, Philosophy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
