Job Title: Associate Director Production

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Production to lead our production team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take on a key leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of production projects, from initial client briefs to final delivery of assets. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Manage and oversee all stages of production projects within the BFSI vertical, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the vertical, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 2-3 Creative Producers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with company standards.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
