We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Content Specialist to join our leadership team. This role requires a strategic thinker and a skilled content professional capable of delivering impactful, research-driven content that aligns with our marketing philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive content strategies that support business offerings and client marketing objectives.
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Create, edit, and optimize high-impact content for digital platforms, including web pages, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, infographics, press releases, and thought leadership articles.
  • Thought Leadership & Executive Writing: Produce authoritative thought leadership pieces and ghostwritten articles for CXOs.
  • Multiformat Content Creation: Conceptualize and storyboard content for long-form articles, podcasts, corporate videos, webinars, and multimedia assets aligned with our focus on digital transformation.
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Develop compelling marketing assets such as campaign landing pages, service portfolios, solution kits, brochures, and info-graphics to support lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Research & Industry Analysis: Leverage industry data, market research, and emerging tech trends to produce credible, relevant, and future-ready content.
  • Leverage Technology: Integrate latest marketing automation tools and AI-driven content platforms to produce high-quality content swiftly and efficiently.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use SEO and analytics tools to track content engagement, optimize for discoverability, and measure impact.
  • Project Management: Organize and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Best Practices & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging content formats, and technological advancements to continually enhance content effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 5-6 years of experience in strategic content development within marketing domains.
  • Portfolio demonstrating diverse, high-impact content across formats and industries.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
