Variable Compensation Team Lead

Location: Remote

Overview:

Showpad, an award-winning leader in sales enablement, is seeking a skilled Team Lead to drive high-performing compensation programs across our global organization. You will lead impactful compensation strategies, empower teams, and shape incentive plans that align with our culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the variable compensation team to excel through effective leadership and support.
  • Manage variable compensation programs for both GTM and non-GTM teams, crafting incentives that drive key behaviors and support our culture.
  • Collaborate with Finance, People, and GTM leaders to ensure alignment on strategic and operational needs.
  • Analyze data to measure plan effectiveness, provide insights to stakeholders, and continuously innovate our processes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business or related fields, with strong experience in Sales Compensation or Total Rewards.
  • A born problem solver, you thrive in situations taking qualitative feedback and quantitative data to drive change.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams or leading projects, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical expertise, especially with spreadsheets and compensation software.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a knack for mentoring.
