Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Strategist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Strategist to join our team at ANSR Global Corporation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions
- Design and implement pay ranges and benefits programs
- Manage budgeting and annual cycle management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a compensation role
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- High level of proficiency in MS Office
- Regional or global experience in compensation and benefits
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data management and visualization tools
- University degree in HR with a Master's or MBA
- Associated experiences across HR
