Sales Representative in EdTech

Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our organization. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and assisting them with their queries, providing exceptional customer service via calls, closing sales, and working on assigned leads in CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and resolve their queries
- Provide top-notch customer support via calls and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets by closing orders and maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers
- Work on assigned leads in CRM to drive sales growth
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi languages. You should have high energy, motivation, and great convincing skills. A minimum of 6 months of prior full-time experience in Calling/Chat Sales is required, along with prior experience in B2C Sales and EdTech sales as added advantages.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹3.5 to ₹4.5 LPA (fixed) + lucrative incentives. Located in Indiranagar, Bangalore, our office is easily accessible and offers a work-from-office setup. We have an opening for 3 positions in our Sales Department, and we invite talented individuals to join our team.
