Sales Development Representative

We're seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth by leveraging our cutting-edge technology stack and innovative solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM systems to generate and track leads, ensuring maximum conversion rates.
- Schedule product demos daily to support lead conversion and drive sales momentum.
- Achieve a monthly target of 45-50 qualified leads through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Neokred's products and services, enabling you to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage leads, providing timely support throughout the sales process.
- Drive the adoption of Neokred's products across key sectors, including Fintech, EdTech, NBFCs, Retail, and Corporates.
- Develop and present innovative ideas to enhance our products, contributing to increased sales and revenue.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
- Enhance customer feedback channels and communication, fostering a steady flow of reviews and insights.
- Prepare reports as needed to inform sales and management strategies.
- Pursue additional responsibilities as assigned by the business development team or management.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Possession of strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good numerical skills and confidence to work with budgets.
- Ability to take on leadership positions, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of industry news, market trends, and current events.
