We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales Team at Meiosis Publications, a content-first EdTech Test Prep Startup.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in understanding customer needs and assisting them with their queries, providing exceptional customer service via calls and closing sales. You will also be responsible for working on assigned leads in CRM, maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers, and contributing to the achievement of monthly sales targets.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has prior experience in calling/chat sales. If you have great verbal and written communication skills, high energy, motivation, convincing skills, and a strong work ethic, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and assist them with queries
  • Provide exceptional customer service via calls and close sales
  • Work on assigned leads in CRM
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • 6 months prior full-time experience in calling/chat sales
  • Great verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English languages
  • High energy, motivation, and convincing skills
  • Prior experience in B2C Sales or EdTech sales is a plus
