**Job Title:** Team Leader Operations

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead a team of voice agents, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth execution of processes. They will also be responsible for performance management, coaching, and development of team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of voice agents to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor performance and ensure adherence to targets (KPIs like call quality, average handling time, resolution rate, etc.).
  • Handle team scheduling, attendance, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
  • Organize regular skill development and process refresher sessions.
  • Track and report team metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with international clients and internal stakeholders, sharing updates, feedback, and improvement plans.
