Job Title: Group Supervisor

 

Overview: A skilled and results-driven Group Supervisor is required to lead a team of professionals, fostering high performance through effective leadership, coaching, and collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise a group of team members, monitoring their work and attendance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement coaching programs for team members to achieve consistent high-performance delivery.
  • Identify performance gaps and develop targeted action plans to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure service quality meets contractual expectations by promoting excellence in customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Communicate clear expectations to employees, provide timely updates, and conduct regular team meetings to drive success.
  • Stay current on internal processes, policies, and procedures to maintain expertise and make informed decisions.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion when implementing management policies to drive business growth and development.
  • Collaborate with other team leaders and managers to support and manage the program effectively.
