Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage internal delivery teams, review incidents, problems, and operations issues impacting clients.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience, including 1+ years as a leader. Ideal candidates will have experience in US Healthcare, US Mortgage, US Insurance, and US Process, as well as International BPO Operation Non-voice process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Development: Manage and coach direct reports to be effective in both client management and people management.
  • Client Services: Oversee daily operations of each client team to ensure client satisfaction, manage email, phone or in-person interactions with clients, and execute company-wide client-related programs.
  • Business Growth: Proactively seek opportunities to improve client experience and drive business growth, supporting US-based business development functions effectively.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve high-impact client issues or new situations by analyzing root cause, identifying key steps to form a plan, and executing necessary changes.
  • Project Management: Stay informed of corporate goals and strategies, identify and lead department-level projects, and lead assigned cross-function or company-wide activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience in US Healthcare, US Mortgage, US Insurance, and US Process, as well as International BPO Operation Non-voice process.
  • Critical leadership skills.
