Job Title – Outreach Executive

Mumbai based organization seeks a skilled professional to engage with candidates, instructors, cybersecurity experts and event organizers to support outreach and content initiatives. Responsibilities include hosting webinars, managing advisory boards and contributing to digital marketing strategies including YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn posts.

This in-office role requires the ideal candidate to have 4–6 years of experience, excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and interact with senior stakeholders. Strong organizational, creative and research skills especially in current cybersecurity trends are essential.

  • Engage with candidates, instructors and cybersecurity experts to gather testimonials, whitepapers and articles.
  • Reach out to event organizers worldwide to participate in EC-Council’s events.
  • Host webinars to share knowledge on cybersecurity trends.
  • Interact professionally with diverse group of senior executives, managers and subject matter experts.
  • Strategize content for maximum outreach on social media platforms.
  • Research current cybersecurity trends to stay updated.
  • Contribute to presales activities for cybersecurity training programs.
  • Identify, build and manage Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Advisory boards.

Key requirements:

  • Good management and organizational skills.
  • 4-6 years of experience.
  • Innovative and creative.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and briefing skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office is a must.
