Job Overview

The HR Business Partner role is responsible for harmonizing business goals with employees and management in designated business units. The position cultivates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides HR guidance to line management as needed.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in collaboration with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Interprets and communicates HR policies to employees and management.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching requirements.
  • Evaluates and monitors training programs to ensure their effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Resolves complex employee relations issues through thorough investigations and effective communication.
  • Offers performance management support to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborates with management and employees to enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Assists employees with job assignments and related HR matters.
  • Provides input on business unit restructurings, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Promotes and manages employee wellness programs.
