Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a Business Intern to contribute to the success of our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks across business functions.
  • Support project management activities by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Contribute to data analysis and process optimization for efficiency improvements.
  • Provide operational support to sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Help streamline communication channels between teams and clients.
  • Participate in report preparation, documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Ensure smooth execution of service delivery and customer support processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of operations, sales, or project management principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, Presentations).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or project management software (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Educational Requirement: Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • Prior internship or work experience in operations or related fields is an added advantage.
