Job Title: Process Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our process excellence initiatives and drive continuous improvement across operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other relevant methodologies. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Fashion Technology, or a related field is required. Additionally, at least 10 years of experience in operations, quality, or process excellence is necessary.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage management and shopfloor teams. They should also be hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation of company processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • GEMBA Walks: Conduct regular GEMBA walks to identify areas for improvement and support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Process Improvement Projects: Lead process improvement projects that enhance operational capabilities and drive business results.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
  • At Least 10 Years of Experience: In operations, quality, or process excellence.
  • Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma Knowledge: Strong understanding of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or ISO standards.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: To engage management and shopfloor teams.
  • Hands-on Detail-Oriented: Passionate about driving process improvements.
