Job Title: Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to manage our day-to-day activities, ensure smooth workflow, and support the team during client shoots.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage hiring processes, oversee office operations, and maintain employee records.
    • Coordinate payroll inputs, track leaves, attendance, and ensure efficient HR operations.
    • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Shoot & Production Support:
    • Assist the creative team during client shoots by scheduling, coordinating logistics, and communicating with clients.
    • Manage props, crew arrangements, and client communication on shoot days.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (desired).
  • 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Admin, or HR (agency/creative industry experience is beneficial).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (English).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take responsibility across multiple functions.
