School Relationship Management Opportunity

Our organization is seeking an experienced School Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing school partnerships and client relationships, with a strong network of 50-60 schools.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding schools into our initiatives, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers. They will also ensure end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, registration, and payment realization. As the single point of contact for assigned schools, they will address queries and ensure high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding institutions into our initiatives through existing connections.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key school stakeholders.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding processes, including documentation, registration, and payment realization.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries, and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Monitoring school participation, tracking engagement levels, and gathering feedback.
  • Conducting orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate school records in CRM systems and ensuring timely reporting.
  • Driving retention by ensuring schools continue participation in subsequent years.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education/EdTech sector.
  • An established network of 50-60 schools with strong professional relationships.
  • A deep understanding of the K-12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
Preferred Attributes:

While not required, the following attributes would be beneficial:

  • Prior experience with EdTech programs or assessment solutions.
  • Strong presence within the Delhi/NCR school network.
  • Ability to manage multiple school accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally when required.
Performance Indicators:

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Number of schools onboarded from existing networks.
  • School retention and repeat participation rate.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction scores.
  • Timeliness of payments and accuracy of handovers to operations.
