Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Presales Specialist to spearhead our bid management process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in crafting proposals for IT organizations, and the ability to coordinate with sales and practice teams.

This role will play a pivotal part in managing the complete bid management process, collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality proposals and capability decks, and providing presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire bid management process from start to finish
  • Develop compelling proposals and capability decks that showcase our expertise
  • Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Liaise with product/service developers to gain in-depth knowledge of our offerings
  • Conduct thorough research into the industry, including competitor analysis and market trends
  • Potentially identify new markets or clients to target
  • Hold kick-off and debrief meetings to ensure seamless project execution
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospects and clients
  • Support marketing efforts by creating case studies, white papers, and other valuable content

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in IT Presales, preferably in a leadership role
  • Superb English language skills, with strong speaking and writing abilities
  • Broad technical knowledge and understanding of RFP/requirements
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Aptitude for time management and organization, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
