Description

QBurst is looking for Presales resources who will be responsible for qualifying leads and proposal preparations to support the Business Development Team.


Location

  • India - Cochin
  • India - Trivandrum

Experience: 4 to 8 years


Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Work alongside the pre-sales team with product demonstration
  • Coordination with client team and QBurst technical team
  • Work on proposal submissions by understanding the customer business requirement
  • Discussions with customer and other stakeholders to seek clarifications on RFP's
  • Arrive at Technical proposal with the right design & solution based on the RFP need; working with Technical Architects and Digital Delivery teams
  • Manage scope and expectation of the client
  • Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives
  • Follow up on leads generated by the marketing department and from inbound inquiries


Requirements

  • Experience in developing proposals
  • Experience of selling Software or IT based solutions or technical products
  • Ability to work in a techno-functional role
  • Awareness of web and mobile technologies
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency
  • Willingness to travel for short/medium term
