Job Title: Business Development Coordinator

The role involves supporting the sales team in preparing documents, quotations and client proposals. This includes coordinating with internal teams for presales requirements and maintaining CRM databases with up-to-date client and opportunity information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and compile sales documents and quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for presales activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline progress.
  • Support the tender/bid process by ensuring compliance checks are carried out.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups in a timely manner.
  • Generate periodic reports on sales performance and business development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Business or related field.
  • Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales support.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
