Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating sales conversations with potential customers over the phone.

Your primary goal is to build rapport with customers and keep them engaged throughout the conversation. This requires excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to handle rejection and stress.

To succeed in this role, you should have a good understanding of sales principles and be able to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.

You will also need to stay up-to-date on all products and inform customers of new products, while answering their questions about the products.
