Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional to join our organization.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our customers from their first interaction to final delivery. Your role will involve handling post-purchase issues, including lost, damaged, or incorrect orders, and serving as the main liaison between our customers and shipping partners.
Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and other communication channels.
Manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
Process and manage customer orders on our website platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Act as the main point of contact for our shipping vendors and work with them to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations are preferred.
