Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to serve as the primary contact for US-based clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for US clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience, utilizing strong problem-solving abilities and empathy.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback, staying organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring timely resolution and effective issue management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences, fostering trust and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably with US clients, showcasing expertise in handling diverse customer interactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace, supporting effective issue resolution and record-keeping.
