As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure their satisfaction.
You will be handling day-to-day tasks such as managing online support requests, delivering outstanding customer service, and offering technical support to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, or chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Offer technical support to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the trading or financial industry is a plus.
This full-time remote role offers:
