Job Description

As a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment, updating, and customization of Oracle HCM all modules globally. This role involves driving digital adoption by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Work with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users.

The ideal candidate will have overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms. They must have a proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules), strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, and deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems.
  • High proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
