Job Overview

The Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Human Capital Management solution.

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of HCM modules including Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits etc.
  • Develop detailed specifications for reports, integrations and data conversions.
  • Perform thorough system testing including unit, integration, UAT and regression testing.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful HCM solutions with extensive experience in business process analysis requirement gathering and solution design.


Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need to possess:

  • Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Strong business process analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.

You will also require strong technical skills including:

  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is essential.
