Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation of our Human Capital Management system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM modules globally.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
    • Stakeholder Management: Work with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues.
    • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
    • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
    • Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions.
    • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation, customization, and support.
    • Excellent project management skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
