Job Title: Senior HCM Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior HCM Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human capital management, with a strong background in process optimization and technical implementation.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

  • Prior experience in configuring Core HR, Recruitment, Talent, and other modules is essential for this role.

A key aspect of this position involves developing custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas. Additionally, the incumbent will perform technical integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL/FDI.

  • Technical skills include proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM, as well as experience with integration tools and data analysis software.

Responsibilities include unit, system, and user acceptance testing to validate configurations and developments. The successful candidate will also troubleshoot technical and functional issues, identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions.

  • Bonus features include post-implementation support, resolving incidents according to service level agreements (SLA), and providing training and documentation for HCM functionalities and enhancements.
