Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Lead

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will act as a technical expert, possessing broad knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support project experience, understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, upgrades testing etc.
  • Interact with offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Maintain 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional modules.
  • Develop cloud technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Resolve production tickets, patch testing, change requests, and analyze requirements for respective Oracle environments.
  • Work collaboratively on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance prior to change deployment.
  • Manage System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance, including super-permissions, patch management, POD management, system configuration, and risk management.
  • Perform unit tests, document test results, and develop runbooks for technical objects.

Required Skills:

Technical Requirements:

  • Implement at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and have minimum one production support project experience.
  • Have strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules.
  • Communicate effectively, engage directly with clients on detailed technical discussions, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore models, Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, and Cloud System Administration services.
  • Be familiar with BI Publisher, Visual Builder Studio, and additional Reporting Tools.
  • Have experience with creating and moving changes via migration sets and extending Cloud through the personalization layer.
