Oracle HCM Technical Consultant Role

This position involves leading or participating in the technical implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, including OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, and Extracts. Strong hands-on experience in these areas is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
