Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market share
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets
- Nurture key client relationships with corporates, institutions, and learners to drive business growth and retention
- Oversee daily operations and performance metrics for smooth functioning and optimal results
- Develop strategies for market expansion and new partnerships to increase revenue and profitability
- Align sales activities with company objectives and priorities
- 15+ years of professional experience in Education, EdTech, or Language Training
- Strong expertise in Business Management, Strategic Planning, and Sales Leadership
- Proven success in client relationship management and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
