Job Title: Senior Regional Business Director

Job Description:

- This role requires a deep understanding of the Retail / Apparel industry.

- The ideal candidate must be skilled at Strategic Planning around overall Sales Effort for multiple Regions.

- He/ She must possess excellent leadership skills in ensuring full capacity utilization and enhanced performance of sales teams.

- Must have a keen eye for information, use it effectively to drive business growth, and maintain high integrity standards.

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA or PGDBM degree is essential.

Work Experience:

- Minimum 15-18 years of relevant experience in Sales Management within the Apparel/Hosiery industry.

- Proven track record of driving business units with significant sales volume growth and ROI improvement.

- Strong ability to guide team efforts towards achieving business targets and objectives.

Functional Skills:

- Deep understanding of the Retail/Apparel industry dynamics.

- Adept at Market Penetration Methods and Strategies, while understanding local/ regional market dynamics.

- Ability to adapt plans based on market indicators.

- Excellent leadership skills to motivate and direct sales teams effectively.

Behavioral Competencies:

- Drive collaboration among team members to utilize information effectively.

- Maintain high ethical standards and ensure team members adhere to them.

- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills are essential.

Other Job Requirements:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Experience with ERP systems for report generation.

- Coaching and mentorship mentality, with an open-door policy for team communications.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Industry experience with top brands like Lux, Rupa, Dollar, Dixcy, VIP etc.

- Location preference: Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Goa.

- Amul Comfy and Macho Sporto brand familiarity is a plus.
